I'm not sure, if that's your question - but the acoustic signal of the park distance control isn't that loud.
The speaker is right by the drivers head under the drivers belt (In my Dokker it's there) but I still have to mute my radio to hear it.

If you have the radio remote at the steering wheel, you can use volume + and - at the same time to mute the radio instantly.
